Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves stimulating specific points on the body. This is most often done by inserting thin needles through the skin, to cause a change in the physical functions of the body. We at Uyayi practice Balance Method Acupuncture. This style of acupuncture utilizes philosophies and strategies based on the Chinese Classical Text, I Ching.

Acupressure & Tui Na Massage

Before becoming an acupuncturist Francis practiced Tui Na Massage for 4 years. Currently he applies the Balance Method while doing body work in addition to the Acupuncture treatment. Although not always necessary, when the two modalities are combined, treatment outcomes are much more successful.
